…a tuition reimbursement scheme whereby the university was paid for, based on a sliding grade scale. If you submitted your term transcripts and got an A average, you got a cheque for the entirety of that term’s tuition. B’s got you 75%, C’s 50%. Suffice to say, I finished my undergrad gratis.
