I relate. And I always roll off the air mattress

Quite simply, I could not sleep because of pain. My neck hurt, my back hurt and my shoulders hurt. But what surprised me most was that my hips hurt. Both of my hips. It seemed that just as I was about to fall asleep on one side, the pain from my hip digging into the earth’s bedrock caused me to awake, roll over and restart the cycle of pain.
